Acceptance of Terms

Stockskit (“Provider”) provides software and website services subject to the following Terms of Service (“TOS”). By using stockskit.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the website.

Product License

The products on stockskit.com are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). All items in the Stockskit directory are developed by third-party developers and redistributed by Stockskit.

Stockskit is not affiliated with or endorsed by the developers of any items featured on this site. We do not provide additional author services, including support, license keys, or warranties.

Product Support

We offer support only for issues directly related to our platform, such as:

  • Problems with downloads
  • Site navigation issues
  • Errors related to our services

You can contact us via the contact form or by emailing support@stockskit.com.

However, we do not provide support for:

  • Product customization requests
  • Version compatibility issues
  • Problems related to third-party developers or the original product author

Please review the support terms provided by the product author before purchasing.

Product Updates

When notified of an update, we:

  1. Download the product
  2. Verify for issues or pre-activation requirements
  3. Pre-activate and upload it to our site

Updates depend on:

  • Author availability
  • Contracts or developer agreements
  • Specific product needs

Lifetime Updates:

  • Individual purchases include lifetime updates, contingent on active contracts with product developers.
  • Membership-based updates are available as long as your subscription remains active.

We are not obligated to continue offering updates if contracts with developers/resellers end or if unforeseen issues arise.

Product Pricing

We cannot guarantee that any specific item will always be available on our website.

Pricing:

  • Themes and Plugins: ₦5,000 per item
  • Envanto Elements and Premium Courses: ₦5,000 per item
  • Scripts and Mobile Apps: ₦25,000 per item
  • Prices may change without prior notice.

Membership Plans:

  • Monthly Membership: ₦50,000 (approximately $32.35)
  • Yearly Membership: ₦200,000 (approximately $129.41)
  • Lifetime Membership: ₦500,000 (approximately $323.52)

You may request migration to a Lifetime Membership.

Customer Accounts

When purchasing, customers must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account information. Account sharing, transfer, or resale is prohibited.

By creating an account, you confirm you are over 18 years of age.

The Provider is not liable for damages caused by breaches of these terms.

Account Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice for:

  1. Abusive or negative behavior toward staff.
  2. False statements or defamation against the Provider.
  3. Technical abuse of our services or site resources.
  4. Account sharing, compromise, or transfer.

No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts.

Product Delivery

  • Login details and product access are sent to the email address provided during registration.
  • Delivery may take up to 30 minutes but is usually processed within 1–15 minutes after payment validation.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided except in the following case:

  • Issues with product downloads that cannot be resolved within 24–48 hours of notification.

Refunds are not granted for unmet expectations or for membership plans. Please check product details and author links before purchasing.

Business Use of Our Services

If you use our services on behalf of a business, that business agrees to:

  • Accept these terms.
  • Indemnify the Provider against claims, losses, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of our services.

Warranty Disclaimer

Our services and products are provided “AS IS.” We make no guarantees regarding functionality, reliability, or fitness for a specific purpose.

Some jurisdictions provide additional implied warranties; to the extent permitted by law, we exclude all such warranties.

Liability Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for lost profits, data, or indirect damages.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.

Miscellaneous

TOS Updates
The TOS may be updated occasionally, with changes taking effect no less than 10 days after being posted. Changes for legal or urgent reasons may take effect immediately.

Conflicts with Other Terms
If these TOS conflict with specific service terms, the latter will prevail.

Severability
If any provision of the TOS is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain valid.

No Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
